XK-MBM is a morpholine derivative slow-release biocide, low toxicity, high efficiency and certain gas-phase bactericidal ability, suitable for a variety of humid environments to inhibit the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, to prevent spoilage and bad odors, to ensure the safe operation of the system.

Performance
XK-MBM is a biocide with excellent compatibility, miscible in both aqueous and oily systems, suitable for fully synthetic, semi-synthetic and emulsified metalworking fluids.
XK-MBM is a broad-spectrum, fast and efficient product with some gas-phase bactericidal ability, low total aldehyde content, low irritation and mild.
XK-MBM has a good bactericidal effect in the pH range of 6-11.
XK-MBM is a slow-release biocide, its slow-release effect gives the process a long-lasting antibacterial function, to prevent spoilage and odor generation, to ensure the safe operation of the system.

Application and dosage
XK-MBM is suitable for fully synthetic, semi-synthetic, and emulsified metalworking fluids. The product can be used in processing fluid concentrates as well as for on-site working fluid maintenance.
Recommended usage amount:
In metalworking fluid concentrates: 1-3% of the concentrate mass ratio;
Working fluid addition: 0.1-0.3% of the working fluid mass ratio
Please test the compatibility first during the use period.
Packaging and storage
The product is packed in 25kg, 200kg closed-end plastic drums.
The product name, specification, production batch number, net weight and factory name are marked on the drums.
The product should be stored in a dry and cool place. Under room temperature, it can be stored stably for 2 years.

Precautions
1. Operators must wear protective clothing, rubber gloves and eye protection and mask to avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes.
2. Once contacted with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and soap; if splashed into eyes accidentally, wash immediately with plenty of water and buffer solution.
3. When the temperature is low, the product may appear crystallization phenomenon, a little heating can be dissolved, does not affect the use of the product itself performance.
