XK-TB leather anti-mold agent - does not contain phenol leather anti-mildew agent with high efficiency, low toxicity, broad-spectrum and other characteristics. It is mainly used in leather tanning process and leather storage to prevent fungal attack and erosion of leather. It is best to add this product in the chrome tanning stage to prevent microorganisms from causing damage to the blue leather, resulting in the reduction of leather grade, and in the fattening and finishing process can effectively protect the finished leather from microorganisms.

This product does not contain phenols and solvents harmful to the environment, is an emulsion form of liquid fungicide, from the fungicidal active ingredients and a variety of additives formulated to ensure good and uniform penetration of fungicidal active ingredients, so that the leather with long-term effective protection against microbial erosion performance.

Use method:

The product is first made into an aqueous emulsion and then applied so as to ensure uniform, excellent contact between the fungicide and the leather surface and further penetration of the fungicide into various organic substances. To make a satisfactory aqueous emulsion, usually use this product and at least 19 parts of water mixed under good stirring, the correct preparation is to add this product to the water. (Note: Never add water to this product.)

The exact amount to be used depends on the following factors: the relative content, thickness or density of the leather fat, further rinsing, neutralization, chemical fixative use, and the degree of mildew resistance required for specialized storage conditions.

Packed in 25kg, 200kg plastic drums.

Precautions:

1. Operating workers wear protective gloves to operate;

2. Only pour the anti-mildew agent into water, and never pour water into the anti-mildew agent;

3. Do not put the anti-mildew agent in direct contact with alkaline substances, to avoid each other.
